I offer my heartfelt best wishes for all of you and everyone to practice this most powerful holistic technique of OM AH HUNG breathing yoga at least for 15 to 30 minutes every morning and every evening before going to sleep to purify, transform and bless your body, speech and mind forever and all mother sentient beings.

I guarantee that with this divine practice our body, speech and mind become BAJRA and Coronavirus and all other poisonous viruses will become absolutely weak and powerless. Thus we enjoy strong health, meaningful long life and great victory.

Let us contemplate the imasurable fear and suffering of Samsara
Let us renounce all the meaningless worldly activities and integrate our life
Let us take refuge to supreme Buddha, Dharma and Sangha
Let us develop Bodhicitta and practice universal loving compassion
Let us hear the teachings of Mahamudra, the essence of the holy Dharma
Let us pratice and contemplate Mahamudra nature of mind beyond conception
Let us meditate and realise the Mahamudra nature of our mind of emptiness
Let us accomplish perfect Buddhahood and liberate all mother sentient beings
